Public Sector Salary Disclosure

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure database offers prospect researchers and fundraisers searchable access to detailed salary and compensation information on employees of the Ontario Provincial Government, organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario, and public servants in British Columbia.

Each year since the Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act was passed in 1996, organizations that receive public funding from the Ontario Government have been required to disclose salary information for all public sector employees who earned $100,000 or more during the calendar year.

Data from British Columbia includes salary information on public servants who earn more than $75,000.

CharityCAN subscribers can easily search this extensive list, gaining valuable insights into the earnings of Ontario and British Columbia's highest paid public sector employees. Public Sector Salary Disclosure records include information such as:

  • Name
  • Education
  • Sector
  • Employer
  • Position
  • Memberships
  • Total Compensation
